Reveling in
the success of its first three sold-out beer dinners, The Top Hat
in Missoula, Montana, has announced its fourth on May 27 at 7:00 p.m. This
dinner will feature beers from the Philipsburg Brewing Company and pair those
beers with new menu items from The Top Hat’s Spring Menu.
Three
members from the Lil’ Smokies will be playing during the dinner.
The Top Hat’s
chef, Erin Crobar, and the Philipburg brewer, Mike Elliott, will be on hand to
discuss their thoughts on each pairing. The dinner consists of seven courses
paired with seven beers.
The dinner
is set up family style, with tables of 10. Large parties can make a request to
sit together. Otherwise, it is a nice opportunity to meet new beer/food lovers.
