4th Annual Missoula Craft Beer Week and Garden City Brewfest Beer List!

It's happening as we speak! Missoula Craft Beer Week kicked off on Saturday April 25 with a brewery open house, and then it carried on into Sunday with the sold-out Draught Works' Beer 'n Bacon Brunch, a presentation at Imagine Nation Brewing by Montana brewery historian Steve Lozar, and the inaugural Human Foosball Tournament (pics below) at Kettlehouse-Southside Taproom.

The week pushes ahead with many great events. See the full list here! Tonight is the world premiere of "Homebrewd," a documentary about home brewing in Montana, and the Beer Vs. Wine Dinner at Caffe Dolce, which is sponsored by Big Sky Brewing.

The winners!

Of course the week ends with the ever popular Garden City Brewfest, presented by the Missoula Downtown Association (and our sponsor, Downtown Missoula Partnership). Here's the full line up of beers that will be poured this weekend (grouped by distributor)!

  1. Brew Gardens are extensive open air spaces with group seating where sustenance and lager are matched together. The zone is shaded by trees with rock under your feet and seats where gatherings can assemble. It's an outside setting made for those in the lager group and is rapidly turning into the new buzz in the states.

  2. Western wildflowers have a fascinating history. Read about the uses and ecology of western wildflowers including beargrass wildflowers, bitterroot wildflowers, owl-clover wildflowers, Indian paintbrush, snowberry wildflowers and the yucca flower.
