Kettlehouse Brewing Company and The Top Hat have joined culinary forces to bring tapas and beer together. In a five-course offering on Saturday June 29 at 7:00 p.m. there will be food, beer, and music. Tickets are $35 and limited. They can be purchased at Kettlehouse or The Top Hat in advance.
The menu is as follows:
First Course - Cream Ale paired with Eggplant Fries, Arugula Salad
Second Course - Eddy Out Pale Ale paired with Paella Croquettes, Tuna Nicoise
Third Course - Cold Smoke Scotch Ale paired with Beef Brisket, Chorizo Meatballs
Fourth Course - Double Haul IPA paired with Lamb & Fig Flatbread, Marinated Pork Skewer
Fifth Course - Brick & Mortar Porter paired with Bacon-Wrapped Dates, Chocolate Con Churros
